- Plesk for Linux
What does Apache restart interval option in Plesk > Tools & Settings > Migration & Transfer Manager> Settings do? By default it is set to 1800 sec. in Settings menu for a migration. What will happen if this value is changed?
Restarting the web server on the destination server is necessary for the migrated domains to become available over the network. Since every hosted domain will be temporarily unavailable every time the web server is restarted, restart interval should not be set too low. That is why the default value is set to 1800 and it is not recommended to make it less than 300 seconds.
