Unable to access FTP Access tab under customer account in Plesk > Domains > example.com > FTP Access with the error:
Error: Error: A dedicated IPv4 address is required to set up and use anonymous FTP service.
A shared IP address is assigned to the domain example.com in Plesk > Domains > example.com > Hosting Settings.
The Anonymous FTP management option is enabled in Subscriptions > Customize > Permissions tab.
The customer account doesn’t have permissions to Additional FTP accounts management.
- Log into the Plesk.
- Go to Plesk > Subscriptions > example.com > Account > Customize > Permissions Tab.
- Tick the Additional FTP accounts management option.
- Click OK button.
