Bug with ID #PPPM-8507 which will be fixed in future Plesk versions
As a workaround, use console version. To do so:
Connect to the server via RDP;
- Kill all Plesk Installer processes in Task Manager:
Launch the following command in CMD:
C:\> plesk installer --console
