Java scripts are not run properly over HTTPS and works correctly over HTTP or vice versa. It shows metadata or parts of code as a plain text.
jk_moduleApache module is installed and active on the server:
# httpd -M | grep jk_module
One of the following sections contains the directives like below in Domains > example.com > Apache & Nginx Settings > Additional Apache directives:
- Additional directives for HTTP
- Additional directives for HTTPS
CONFIG_TEXT: <IfModule mod_jk.c>
JkMount /*.jsp ajp13
JkMount /MemberResource ajp13
Different or absent additional Apache directives for HTTP and HTTPS.
- Log into Plesk.
- Navigate to Domains > example.com > Apache & Nginx Settings > Additional Apache directives;
- Make sure that all the required additional directives are presented in both sections Additional directives for HTTP and Additional directives for HTTPS. Copy and paste them if required.
- Click OK/Apply.
