Note: This article has the reference to the issue with the fix available:
- #PMT-4395 "Migration no longer fails to start if the source MySQL server has a customized wait_timeout parameter set to a
small value (for example 15 seconds)."

- Pre-migration check returns the following error:
PLESK_ERROR: Reseller 'name' is presented in migration list, but is presented neither on the source panel, nor in the target panel. Fix migration list.
wait_timeoutparameter is low on the source server. For example, it is equal to 15 seconds:
# grep wait_timeout /etc/my.cnf
wait_timeout = 15
This Plesk Migrator bug with ID #PMT-4395, which is planned to be fixed in future Plesk updates.
wait_timeoutt value to several minutes (e.g 600 seconds):
Connect to the source server via SSH;
/etc/my.cnfto several minutes (e.g. set it to "600").
Restart the MySQL service:
# service mysqld restart
Log into Plesk in the target server;
Clean up migration session on the target by clicking on Finish Migration under Plesk > Tools & Settings > Migration and Transfer Manager.
Start a new migration session under Plesk > Tools & Settings > Migration and Transfer Manager > Start a New Migration.
