Automatic e-mail notifications from events enabled under Tools & Settings > Notifications are not sent to the desired recipient
Password reset messages are not send despite that success message is displayed
Use the mail server installed with Plesk and the default mail account created by Plesk option under Tools & Settings > External SMTP Settings is not set:
The mail server installed with Plesk is not used for outgoing mail.
- Log into Plesk.
- Go to Tools & Settings > External SMTP Settings.
- Tick Use the mail server installed with Plesk and the default mail account created by Plesk option.
- Click OK button.
