PLESK_ERROR: Unable to access to the storage: Transport error: unable to list directory: Curl error: (67) Login denied: Last FTP request: PASS ***** Last FTP response: 500 OOPS: no entry found!
Make sure you have entered the correct storage credentials. You can check them independently with the command:
curl -v -P - -u johndoe 'fpt:example.com///'
A direct FTP connection to remote FTP server does not work:
# ftp example.com
Connected to example.com (203.0.113.2).
220 Welcome to FTP server
Name (example.com:root): johndoe
331 Please specify the password.
500 OOPS: no entry found!
421 Service not available, remote server has closed connection
Testing FTP connection using any public service, for example, https://www.dotcom-tools.com, shows that example.com is not accessible world-wide.
Traceroute shows the connection gets interrupted on an intermediate node thirdparty.com:
# traceroute example.com
8 thirdparty.com 113.186 ms 114.998 ms 115.190 ms

Remote FTP server is not accessible as the connection gets dropped somewhere in between on a thirdparty.com side.
Contact example.com owner for assistance with checking their connection, or the latest node where the connection got dropped: thirdparty.com
