Symptoms

The SSL support and Permanent SEO-safe 301 redirect from HTTP to HTTPS option is enabled in Domains > example.com > Hosting Settings, SSL certificate is chosen, but redirection does not work.

Custom rewrite rule is present in
web.configinside<rewrite>section at example.com domain:CONFIG_TEXT: <rewrite>

Cause
Incorrect directives in web.config
Resolution

Go to Domains > example.com > File Manager > httpdocs and open
web.configin web editor. -
Remove custom rewrite rule (bold) and/or remove the
<clear />tag next to<rewrite><rules>directives.

Hola, no me deja seleccionar la opción para habilitar el Redireccionamiento 301 permanente de HTTP a HTTPS preservando SEO. Alguna solución?
Hola Fernando Mancini, podrías por favor describir el error que obtienes o un print de pantalla de la situación? Entras a Plesk como administrador o como usuario cliente adicional?
There is no web.config anywhere in httpdocs . Is it another name i can find it?
