How to force SSL connections in MailEnable?
Answer
Note: This article is intended for use by server administrators. In case there is no administrative RDP access to the server, contact the server administrator or server provider.

Connect to the server using RDP.

Open MailEnableAdmin in Start > Mail Enable > Mail Enable.

Go to Servers > localhost > Services and Connectors > SMTP > Properties > Inbound, click Settings... in the Port Settings section and check Requires SSL under port 25:
Also, in this menu, SSL can be forced on the port 587 and any other additional port in the Additional Ports section.
Warning: Force SSL on port 25 at your own risk according to the following warning in MailEnable:

These steps are performed not in Plesk but in MailEnable mail server.
Could you please open MailEnable
After this provide screenshot under MailEnable > Servers > localhost > Services and Connectors > SMTP > Properties > Inbound > Settings ?
