After the Plesk for Linux upgrade from Onyx 17.5 to Onyx 17.8, the menu Extensions is missing from the Plesk interface.
This is the bug EXTCATALOG-10. The fix is planned to be included in one of the next Plesk updates.
Until the bug is fixed, use the following workaround:
Connect to the server using SSH.
Execute the following commands:
# plesk bin extension -i catalog
# plesk db "update Modules set plesk_max_version = ''"
# plesk daily UpgradeExtensions
