Without
SPFIgnoreResults 1
in /etc/psa/dmarc.conf
the dmarc checking is quite unusable.

DMARC filter checks the results of DKIM and SPF results and marks a mail message according to the filter policies.
When SPFIgnoreResults is set as "true" DMARC filter ignores all SPF check results. However, it will still check the DKIM verification.
