How to notify Plesk users about changes and events in Plesk, e.g. an upcoming maintenance downtime?
There are two ways to notify Plesk customers:
Method 1: Using the Mass Email Notifications feature
In Plesk, go to Tools & Settings > Mass Email Messages (Tools & Resources) and click Add Mass Email Template (or Send Mass Email to send an email only once).
Fill in the fields selecting Resellers and Customers. Once done, click OK to create a template.
After the template is created, click on the Send button to perform mass notification.

Method 2: Using a custom Plesk logo or skin
Change Plesk logo and/or theme to something that will let your customers know about an upcoming maintenance.
