Greylisting is enabled in Mail Enable under MailEnable > Servers >Localhost > Services and Connectors > SMTP > Properties > Greylisting (TAB):
The message is blocked by Greylisting.
Note: Plesk does not support Greylisting on Windows.
- Connect to the server via RDP;
- Disable Greylisting under MailEnable > Servers->Localhost >Services and Connectors >SMTP > Properties >Greylisting (TAB)
add the corresponding IP to the whitelist under Plesk > Mail Server Settings > White list > Add.
