- Unable to connect in Outlook to the Plesk mailbox from a certain location (from a certain IP):
CONFIG_TEXT: your outgoing (SMTP) server requires an SSL-secured connection
- The connection with the same settings is possible from any other location.
- In MailEnable > Servers > localhost > Services and Connectors (or Connectors) > right click on SMTP > Properties > Inbound > Access Control there is a deny rule for affected IP address.
IP is added in MailEnable access control list to deny incoming connections.
