Symptoms
The following is displayed upon accessing the website page:
CONFIG_TEXT: CURL is not available on your web server
Cause
'curl' PHP extension is disabled or not available for PHP version used for a website.
Resolution

Check which PHP version is used for a domain in Domains > example.com > PHP Settings.

Go to Tools & Settings > PHP Settings > Click on PHP vesrsion used for a domain > Extensions > check curl > press OK.
Note: If 'curl' extension is not available, switch to a newer PHP version in Domains > example.com > PHP Settings.

If is set ON, jus check OFF, click OK and check back ON. It will reverse any issue caused by a plugin.
I had the issue with the plugin wpallimport after deleted an import file.
