- Plesk Onyx for Linux
Unable to log into Plesk with the following error:
CONFIG_TEXT: 500 PleskFileExeption Directory does not exist or isn't writable: /usr/local/psa/tmp
Plesk is constantly loading and below error can be found in the file
CONFIG_TEXT: PHP Warning: mkdir(): Permission denied; File: /opt/psa/admin/plib/Service/Agent/Transport/LocalTransaction.php, Line: 58
The installation of any extension fails:
PLESK_ERROR: Directory does not exist or isn't writable: /usr/local/psa/tmp
Incorrect permissions for the directory
/opt/psa/tmp on Debian and Ubuntu).
Connect to the server using SSH.
Execute the following command:
For RHEL-based operating systems (CentOS, RHEL, CloudLinux):
# chmod 1777 /usr/local/psa/tmp/ && chown root:root /usr/local/psa/tmp/
For Debian and Ubuntu:
# chmod 1777 /opt/psa/tmp/ && chown root:root /opt/psa/tmp/
