Java Applications button is missing from subscription's settings in Plesk UI.
Subscription is unlocked and synced with its Service Plan.
Java Tomcat service is installed via Plesk, Tomcat service is up and running.
Java Tomcat is enabled in Plesk license.
Lack of permissions in Service Plan.
2. Open tab Service Plans > service_plan_name > Resources > click Show more available resources:
