- Plesk for Linux
The following error appears in Plesk UI when creating backup of system configuration:
PLESK_ERROR: [errmsg]Not enough free disk space to backup selected objects. At least xxxxx.yyyyyy MBytes free disk space is required.
The following error appears in panel.log when creating backup of system configuration:
# /usr/local/psa/bin/pleskbackup --server -vvvvv --configuration --output-file=/root/temp_backup_plesk --verbose [response]
[errmsg]Not enough free disk space to backup selected objects. At least xxxxx.yyyyyy MBytes free disk space is required.
There is enough disk space to create system configuration backup.
Plesk checks free disk for creation of full backup instead of system configuration backup. This is a Plesk bug PPPM-8127 which will be fixed in next product updates.
As a workaround do the following:
2. Open the file /usr/local/psa/admin/share/pmmcli/pmmcli-rc and disable disk space checking by editing the line CHECK_BACKUP_DISK_SPACE. For example:
# vi /usr/local/psa/admin/share/pmmcli/pmmcli-rc
3. Save file and close editor.
