On October 19, 2021, we have enabled single-sign-on for our Plesk Support Center to provide a seamless login/account experience. This implies that you’ll be able to use a single account across any of our web-facing properties.
If you had already registered your account at Plesk 360 (formerly known as My Plesk) please use one for login. Otherwise please re-register it using the same email address as your existing Zendesk login (support account). It’s essential that you use the same email address on our support center to ensure that your tickets stay attached to the same account.

When mail service is disabled for domain in Plesk, e-mail alias recipient rewriting is still active

    Hello Emilio Ortiz

    Thank you for the information.

I've updated the tag (it will be added after some time). The bug seems to be not yet fixed.

This bug seems to affect also to Plesk 18.0 , you must update the article tags.

    Kind regards.

Hi, my case: I have subscription with two domains: first with email service active and emails accounts, second no email service active and obviously no email accounts. When I send an email to second domain (who has external email service on gsuite) from a email account hosted in the same server, Its forwarded to first domain. After executing commands described on the article email works properly. My setup: Plesk 18.0.30 MU 3, Ubuntu 16.04.
