A reseller can not be synchronized with the service plan:
PLESK_INFO: Syncing the subscription with its reseller plan failed because some of the services or resources defined in the plan cannot be actually provisioned with the subscription. Available value indicates the actual state of a resource or a service in the system. Clicking OK will initiate setting the subscription values according to the available values.
An exclamation mark is shown next to the reseller's status and the following tooltip is shown on it:
PLESK_INFO: The subscription is unsynced with reseller plan: There are some services or resources that the reseller plan offers but the subscription does not provide.
There is the following record in
/var/log/plesk/panel.log(for Linux) /
CONFIG_TEXT: ERR [panel] Unable to apply plan changes to reseller johndoe. Error: The IP address 203.0.113.2 is already used for hosting.
A domain of the reseller uses an IP address, which is not selected in the service plan.
Navigate Service Plans > Reseller Plans > IP Addresses move the IP address 203.0.113.2 from the error message to "Selected".
Click Update & Sync.
