Plesk upgrade fails with the following error message in a browser:
C:\> Installing Plesk Premium Antivirus...
MSI: Error! Service 'DrWebCom' (DrWebCom) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.
Failed to install 'C:\ParallelsInstaller\parallels\PANEL-WIN_17.5.3\dist-msi-Microsoft-2003-i386\drweb.msi': Fatal error during installation. (Error code 1603)
ERROR: The installation of the package 'drweb' failed with code 1603. (install: Installing Plesk Premium Antivirus...)
Not all packages were installed.
Please contact product technical support.
exit status 1
The service DrWebCom exists in the Services Management Console (services.msc).
When manually creating the DrWebCom service in a command prompt (cmd.exe), the following error appears:
C:\> sc create DrWebCom binpath= "C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\DrWeb\drwebcom.exe"
[SC] CreateService FAILED 1072:
The specified service has been marked for deletion.
An installation of the Plesk Premium Antivirus component is corrupted.
Reinstall Plesk Premium Antivirus:
Connect to the Plesk server via RDP.
Start a command prompt as an Administrator and launch Plesk Installer:
C:\> "%plesk_bin%\ai.exe" --console
On the components list, select Plesk Premium Antivirus for deletion (X mark) and proceed an upgrade further.

Please select the components of Plesk you want to install:

2. [*] Plesk
17. [X] Plesk Premium Anti-Virus
After Plesk Premium Antivirus has been deleted, reboot the server.
Launch Plesk Installer and install Plesk Premium Antivirus back.
