A certificate cannot be issued by Symantec SSL extension in Plesk > Domains > example.com > Symantec SSL:
DNS Service is displayed as not installed in Plesk > Tools & Settings > Server Components:
DNS Service is displayed as stopped in Plesk > Tools & Settings > Service Management:
Following error can be found in

Symantec SSL extension bug #EXTCERT-823, which will be fixed in the future updates of the extension.
- Log into Plesk
- Install DNS server in Plesk Installer.

- Start DNS server in Plesk > Tools & Settings > Service Management:
- Reissue a certificate in Plesk > Domains > example.com > Symantec SSL
