When a Subscription is transferred to another customer, the e-mail address in Domains > example.com > Let's Encrypt is not updated automatically.
This is bug #EXTLETSENC-84 in Let's Encrypt extension which will be fixed in future Plesk updates.
To workaround, update the e-mail address in Let's Encrypt extension manually:
Open the Let's Enctrypt of the transferred domain in Domains > example.com > Let's Encrypt
Update the e-mail address to the new customer's address
