Domain redirects to HTTPS even if SSL/TLS support and Permanent SEO-safe 301 redirect from HTTP to HTTPS are disabled

    Hi Anzhelika,

We have this plesk domain where this option is permanently grayed out.

I checked this link where it is said we need to contact to Service Provider :

where it is clearly written. Note: If the setting Permanent SEO-safe 301 redirect from HTTP to HTTPS is grayed out, please contact your service provider for assistance with permanent HTTPS redirection.

But in your link, there is an option to take RDP.

I tried the RDP option as well, but for us, this RDP is also disabled.

Access to the server over Remote Desktop
    Login prohibited
    Can you please help here?
    Thanks in Advance.

I've been facing this problem when hosted the website.
I cannot disable Permanent 'SEO-safe 301 redirect from HTTP to HTTPS'
I don't have any SSL certificate right now, so i want to disable this, but there's no option for me to disable this feature.
My service provider says "Please check with your developer to use https in your website to fix this issue".
But it's a testing website, so i dont think i need HTTPS right now.
    Please help me

    Hello, @Pradip Bade

The options are available only if you accessing Hosting Settings as Plesk administrator or in case "Hosting settings management" permission allowed in subscription's service plan / customization
