- MailEnable IMAP service regularly stops, and has to be started manually
- MailEnable IMAP log shows:

ME-EXXXX: [Thread:13492] Error (Class S): BlockFileLock Activity notification handler (WaitForAccessToFile) failed to obtain a lock on the blockfile (d:\Plesk Mail Services\example.com\MAILROOT\john.doe\_activity.blk).
- In Plesk > Tools&Settings > Server Components > Mail Server: MailEnable Professional 7.53 is used
Outdated MailEnable is installed in the server.
Upgrade MailEnable to at least 9.74.
