Question
How to configure a mailing list to never hold anything for moderator approval and avoid these messages?
PLESK_INFO: Your mail to 'list_name' with the subject
message_example
Is being held until the list moderator can review it for approval.
The reason it is being held:
Post by non-member to a members-only list

Go to Domains > example.com > Email Addresses > Mailing Lists tab and click Manage the list next to the address in question.

On the opened page, go to Privacy Options > Sender Filters.

Go to Action to take for postings from non-members for which no explicit action is defined and select Accept to let non-member postings to get through.

Click Submit Your Changes.

hi kuzma,
i am gajanan new with mailman mailing list i want set rule as auto approval of modrator for mailing list members and keep modrator approval for no-members of that mailing list.Is it possible .If Yes then please suggest how to do.

To achieve your scenario, apply the following steps:
1. Go to Plesk > Domains > example.com > Email Addresses > Mailing Lists tab and click Manage the list
2. Go to Privacy Options > Sender Filters.
3. Set option By default, should new list member postings be moderated? to No.
4. Set option Action to take for postings from non-members for which no explicit action is defined to Hold.
