- Plesk for Linux
- While trying to open the website based on Wordpress, the following error occurs:
CONFIG_TEXT: Warning: require_once(/var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs/wp-config.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs/wp-load.php on line 37
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs/wp-config.php' (include_path='.:/opt/plesk/php/7.1/share/pear') in /var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs/wp-load.php on line 37
wp-config.phpfile has permissions as following:
# ls -lah /var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs/wp-config.php
-rw------- 1 username psacln 3.3K Feb 6 20:53 /var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs/wp-config.php
PHP is run as FastCGI application for Apache at Plesk > Domains > example.com > PHP Settings.
suexecmodule is disabled at Plesk > Tools & Settings > Apache Web Server Settings.
suexec Apache Module is disabled.
- Log into Plesk.
- Go at Tools & Settings > Apache Web Server Settings.
- Apply changes.
