Unable to start Plesk Management service in Start > Plesk Service Monitor:
CONFIG_TEXT: Windows could not start the Plesk Management Service service on Local Computer.
Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
unable to open Start > Plesk Service Monitor:

plesk-service-node-utilities.msifrom http://autoinstall-win.plesk.com according to installed Plesk version. For example for Plesk 17.5:
Create a temporary folder and unpack downloaded MSI package:
C:\> mkdir C:\plesk_tmp
C:\> msiexec /a plesk-service-node-utilities.msi /qb TARGETDIR=C:\plesk_tmp
Back up original
%plesk_bin%\libmariadb.dll(if it exists) and replace it:
C:\> copy "%plesk_bin%\libmariadb.dll" "%plesk_bin%\libmariadb.dll_backup"
