The following warning appears, for example when performing a scan for WordPress installations in the WordPress extension:
PLESK_WARN: Scanning for WordPress installations was performed with errors:
Subscription "example.com": PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/opt/plesk/php/7.0/lib/php/modules/php_soap.dll' - /opt/plesk/php/7.0/lib/php/modules/php_soap.dll: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
There is a non-existent module specified in the PHP 7.0 configuration file:
# grep "php_soap.dll" /opt/plesk/php/7.0/etc/php.ini
# stat /opt/plesk/php/7.0/lib/php/modules/php_soap.dll
stat: cannot stat '/opt/plesk/php/7.0/lib/php/modules/php_soap.dll': No such file or directory
A PHP module specified in the configuration does not exist on the file system.
Connect to the Plesk server via SSH.
Comment out non-existent module to prevent it from loading:
# sed -i.bkp '/extension=php_soap.dll/s/^/;/' /opt/plesk/php/7.0/etc/php.ini
