How to add CNAME record for domain to configure DKIM for custom domain in Office 365?
In accordance to this article Unable to create a DNS record with the underscore symbol "_": The specified domain name is not valid. it is not possible to add the records with underscore via web interface due to Plesk bug with ID #PPPM-4301
However, the necessary CNAME records can be added for custom domain via command line. If the custom domain is
cohovineyard.com and initial domain is
cohovineyardandwinery.onmicrosoft.com as it is given in TechNet article, then the command line should look like the following one:
C:\> plesk bin dns --add cohovineyard.com -cname selector1._domainkey -canonical selector1-cohovineyard-com._domainkey.cohovineyardandwinery.onmicrosoft.com
Note: To execute the command above, connect to the server via RDP and launch the command prompt as Administrator.
