- Plesk for Linux
- WHMCS is installed inside example.com domain;
- While trying to open the WHMCS login page the following error appears:
CONFIG_TEXT: Oops! Something went wrong and we couldn't process your request.
/var/www/vhosts/system/example.com/logs/proxy_error_logthe following error appears:
CONFIG_TEXT: PHP message: [WHMCS Application] ERROR: Whoops\Exception\ErrorException: The file /var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs/client/modules/registrars/dottk/dottk.php was encoded by the ionCube Encoder for PHP 5.0 and cannot run under PHP 7.0.
- Handler PHP 7.0 is used for domain: Domains > example.com > PHP Settings
WHMCS code doesn't work with php 7.0.
Switch the PHP handler version to 5.6 at Plesk > Domains > example.com > PHP Settings
