Starting on October 19, 2021, we will enable single-sign-on for our Plesk Support Center to provide a seamless login/account experience. This implies that you’ll be able to use a single account across any of our web-facing properties.
To be prepared for this change and to avoid the need to register during your next ticket submission after the change, we encourage you to create an account here before October 19 using the same email address as your current Zendesk login (support account). It’s essential that you use the same email address on our support center to ensure that your tickets stay attached to the same account. You will continue to use ZenDesk authentication until we switch over to single-sign-on on October 19th.

    Hi Alexander,

    Every day I get by email this message from Cron Daemon

    Subject : Cron <root@vpsXXXXX> test -x /usr/sbin/anacron || ( cd / && run-parts --report /etc/cron.daily )

    Body :

    /etc/cron.daily/drweb-update:
    ERROR: Dr.Web Updater: can not send HUP signal to Dr.Web daemon (pid=15745, error=No such process) !
    See Dr.Web Updater log file for details.
    run-parts: /etc/cron.daily/drweb-update exited with return code 60

    do you have any ideas how to solve it?

    Thanks

    Hello!

    Usually, it is enough to start the "drwebd" service with command:

    # service drwebd start

    In case, service won't start, check the log files in the following directory:
    /var/drweb/log/*

    I get these emails every morning. When I check, the service is running.

    It's a fresh install and also runs Plesk Email Security + ClamAV sooo.... Is this even needed? Why does it keep failing to find any process running when it is?

    This is required additional investigation, is it possible to submit a request to Plesk support?
