Could you explain the difference in meaning of "subscription data" and "account data".  Are there any common use cases or scenarios where you would not allow both options to a customer or end user?

    Hello @Bob B,

"Subscription data" - is used to backup only websites with content.

"Account data" -  is for backing up a user account with sites.

More information may be found in Plesk Documentation:
    https://docs.plesk.com/en-US/onyx/administrator-guide/backing-up-and-restoration/backing-up-individual-accounts-and-sites.59267/

I do not have such examples but this provides additional flexibility.

    Hello, @Ivan Postnikov,

Why customers haven`t access to restore they file accounts from server backups (remote storage)?
    Is it possible to enable?

    Thanks!

    Hello @andreuka,

    Thank you for your question.

Server-wide Plesk backups created on a remote FTP or cloud storage are not available for Plesk users due to security reasons.
This is expected behavior that a server-wide backup created on a remote FTP or cloud storage (Tools & Settings > Backup Manager) is not visible to Plesk users (resellers, customers, etc). That is because cloud storage settings are set up individually for every subscription (Subscriptions > example.com > Backup Manager > Remote Storage Settings).

So to allow customers to create/restore backups it is required to set up cloud storage on a subscription level (Subscriptions > example.com > Backup Manager > Remote Storage Settings) and create a backup, so that this backup will be available for users of this subscription.
