Unable to log into Plesk using LDAP credentials for the johndoe Reseller account with the following error:
PLESK_ERROR: Error: You have entered incorrect username or password.
Active directory is in use.
LDAP extension has the correct values.
User account already exists in Plesk and in LDAP Server.
Incorrect username of Reseller or Customer account in Plesk.
Go to Plesk and rename Reseller account in Resellers > johndoe > Edit Contact Info and add DOMAIN\ before the contact name of the user.
(The same steps can be implemented for Customers accounts).
