Unable to send email:
PLESK_INFO: Requested action aborted: This mail account has sent too many messages in a short amount of time. Please try later.
- Option "Limit Maximum SMTP recipients" is enabled at MailEnable > Post Offices > example.com > Properties > Restrictions.
"Limit Maximum SMTP recipients" is exceeded.
Note: if you don't have administrative access to Plesk server via RDP, contact your hosting provider regarding the issue
Connect to the server using RDP.
%plesk_dir%Mail Servers\Mail Enable\Admin\MailEnableAdmin.msc:
- in MailEnableAdmin console, right-click Messaging Manager and open Properties. Move to the Security tab and Enable integrated Authentication. Apply the setting:
Navigate to Messaging Manager > Post Offices > example.com and right-click the Properties
On "Restrictions" tab, disable "Limit Maximum SMTP recipients" and click Apply
