Symptoms

Apache service goes down frequently
The following errors can be found in the Apache error log /var/log/httpd/error_log:

CONFIG_TEXT: AH03262: mod_watchdog is required
AH00020: Configuration Failed, exiting
The following errors can be found in the system log /var/log/messages:

CONFIG_TEXT: systemd[1]: httpd.service: Reload operation timed out. Killing reload process.
Systemd[1]: httpd.service: Failed with result 'exit-code'.

The watchdog module is required for Apache to work, however it is disabled on the server
