Is the Ioncube loader PHP extension shipped with Plesk PHP packages?
Answer
Yes, starting from Plesk 12.5, the Ioncube loader is shipped with Plesk PHP packages.
Note: ioncube_loader is available up to PHP 7.4 version.
To enable the Ioncube loader for example for PHP of 7.1 version, follow the steps:
- Log into Plesk.
- Go to Tools & Settings > PHP settings > 7.1.33 FastCGI application > Extensions.
- Tick the ioncube_loader option:
- Scroll down and press the OK button to apply the changes.

Plesk PHP 7.3 does *not* have IonCube loader:

Yes, Plesk PHP 7.3 does not have ioncube yet, however, it will be added in the nearest time. You may check Plesk Onyx change log for the announcement here: https://docs.plesk.com/release-notes/onyx/change-log/
