Symptoms

The following warning message is shown while accessing Tools & Settings > System Updates on Plesk Onyx:

Warning: Information on some packages might not be actual: inconsistencies were detected in the system's package manager database. Please resolve this issue manually.

Cause

Yum found package duplicates.

Resolution

Install yum-utils :

# yum install yum-utils

Check for duplicate packages:

# package-cleanup --dupes

Clean duplicates:

# package-cleanup --cleandupes

Note: Make sure that no important packages are going to be removed. If any, remove old packages from rpm database manually using # rpm -e --nodeps --justdb

    Hello.

    yum install yum-utils  (this command un ubuntu not works)

    I execute 

    dpkg --audit

    and say me

    and execute:


    apt-get install --reinstall sw-doctrine

    @Israel, this artcile describes solution for RHEL-based OSes. As for the issue on your server - there is an issue with partition at /dev/vzfs. Check that all partiotion are mounted correctly and remount them if necessary.
