Domain is missing in Plesk and in
psadatabase, but exists in
Domain resolves on the server IP globally and is working correctly.

There is an entry in Tools and Settings > Action Log that domain was deleted by Plesk admin:

Domain was manually deleted by someone who logged onto the server under an admin account from 203.0.113.2 IP.
Restore the domain from the latest database backup:

It is recommended to restrict administrative access to Plesk in Tools & Settings > Restrict Administrative Access by specifying IP addresses that are allowed to use admin account or specify banned IP addresses.
