Symptoms

Migration from cPanel to Plesk fails with the following error:

[Migration] Failed to copy web files for subscription 'example.com' Migration tools tried to perform operation in 3 attempts: Rsync failed to copy files from the source (the source server 'cpanel' (10.10.10.10)) to the target server (target Plesk server): Command execution failed on the source server 'cpanel' (10.10.10.10) with non-zero exit code.
command: /usr/bin/find /var/home/example/ -user apache -printf '%P\

' exit code: 1 stdout: stderr: stdin: is not a tty /usr/bin/find: invalid argument apache' to -user'

This could happen because of a network connection issue. Run migration for that subscription once more.

Cause

This is software issue #PMT-3213

Workaround

  1. Create apache user on the source cPanle server

    # useradd apache
  2. Restart migration.
