I received an email about migration of my Plesk license subscription to cleverbridge AG platform. What is this? What will happen to my license?
On March 15, 2016, we launched new Online Store powered by cleverbridge AG at Plesk website, new licenses were purchased through the new Online Store. Licenses that were purchased before this date were available for management in the old Online Store system .
Since November 21, we are fully moving the official Plesk Online Store to cleverbridge AG platform. This means that all license subscriptions purchased before March 15, 2016 need to be moved to cleverbridge AG as well.
With respect to our customers and laws, we require customers' explicit permission to move subscriptions and data.
Email notifications with unique links to the list of subscriptions that should be moved were sent to all customers who have active subscriptions in the old Online Store . The customers need to review their existing subscriptions and provide us with the approval to transfer those by clicking "Move".
The old Online Store system shop.plesk.com can be shut down any moment now. After the old Online Store ( shop.plesk.com ) is shut down, any and all subscriptions, not moved to cleverbridge AG, will not be renewed and will stop working, which may affect your running business.

Important facts about license migration to new Online Store
The migration will be similar to purchasing a license - it will be performed via the shopping cart in cleverbridge. The shopping cart will be pre-filled with the proper product set and customer contact details.The migration operation does not require payment, there will be no charge applied.
To start migration, please follow the direct link provided in the email notification about migration which you received to your email.
Billing data will not be migrated
During migration of your license subscriptions, no Credit Card information will be subject to any transfer or processing. So, you will need to indicate the billing details in the cleverbridge AG system for further renewal payments. Make sure you indicate valid and correct billing details. You can use credit/debit card or PayPal for renewal payments.
Next renewal/billing date aligned to the 1st day of the next month
The next renewal/billing date for all migrated subscriptions will be aligned to the 1st day of the next month. This gives you from 1 up to 30 days of free license usage.
Example: your license subscription next renewal/billing date in old Online Store is November 25, 2016 and you migrate the subscription on November 23, 2016. You will be charged for renewal of this subscription on December 1, 2016 instead of November 25, 2016.
IMPORTANT: you will see the old renewal date in the shopping cart during the migration. The renewal date will be aligned after the migration is completed. Email notification wth the proper renewal date will be sent to you from Plesk Key Administrator after the migration is completed.

To get your order details, enter the email used for your license subscription. Details of all your subscriptions with links to the order details pages will be sent to the indicated email.
Discount for monthly subscriptions
For monthly subscriptions , we give a 15% discount for the next two renewals after the migration.
License management after migration
Unfortunately, there is no login page for new Online Store (Cleverbridge) currently.
