Plesk is not accessible with the following error in a browser:
PLESK_INFO: 500 internal server error
PLESK_INFO: HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error
The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.
When accessing Plesk with a one-time login link, the following error appears in a browser:
PLESK_INFO: ERROR: Zend_Exception: No entry is registered for key 'dbAdapter'
Additionally, an exception has occurred while trying to report this error: Zend_Exception
No entry is registered for key 'translate' (Registry.php:147)

There are no error messages in the Plesk logfile %plesk_dir%admin\logs\php_error.log and the Event Viewer.
An invalid PHP handler is configured for the website pleskcontrolpanel in IIS.
Connect to a Plesk server via RDP.
Start Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager at Windows Start > All Programs > Windows Administrative Tools.
In IIS Manager, expand SERVERNAME > Sites > click pleskcontrolpanel and open Handler Mappings.
Remove all custom handler mappings. Below is the list of required handlers:
Double-click on PleskEngine-FastCGI-php and verify that it has a correct executable path:
PLESK_INFO: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\engine\php-cgi.exe"|-dauto_prepend_file=auth.php
Note: The path to the Plesk directory may vary. Verify it by opening "%plesk_dir%" in Windows Explorer.
