Symptoms

All the security checks for WordPress instance are marked as failed.

The following messages are shown:

An error occurred while checking the administrator\\'s username on the WordPress installation 'My CMS'.

An error occurred while checking the database prefix of the WordPress installation 'My CMS'. Check the validity of the WordPress database parameters in the wp-config.php file.
An error occurred while checking security keys of the WordPress installation 'My CMS'.
An error occurred while checking if the WordPress installation 'My CMS' displays its version information. Make sure that all files have reading permissions.

Cause

Database specified in wp-config.php is incorrect.

Resolution

Make sure that database credentials are valid in domain's wp-config.php file.
