Symptoms

Unable to reconfigure domain that is running on php-fpm:

ProxyPass worker name (unix:///var/www/vhosts/system/example.com/php-fpm.sock|fcgi://127.0.0.1:9000/var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs) too long

The following error appears in Plesk GUI:

New configuration files for the Apache web server were not created due to the errors in configuration templates: AH00526: Syntax error on line 54 of /etc/apache2/plesk.conf.d/vhosts/example.com.conf: ProxyPass worker name (unix:///var/www/vhosts/system/example.com/php-fpm.sock|fcgi://127.0.0.1:9000/var/www/vhosts/example.com/httpdocs) too long . Detailed error descriptions were sent to you by email. Please resolve the issues and click here to generate broken configuration files once again or here to generate all configuration files.

Cause

libapache2-mod-proxy-psa package is missing on a server

Resolution

Install the latest Plesk micro-updates using Plesk installer:

# plesk installer

libapache2-mod-proxy-psa will be installed with the micro-updates:

#  dpkg -l | grep libapache2-mod-proxy
ii libapache2-mod-proxy-psa 2.4.7-ubuntu14.04.16022012 amd64 Apache Module mod_proxy
