Note: This article has the reference to the issue with the fix available:
In Plesk Onyx mail accounts configured in Outlook have blank subject and the message body contains the full message header.
Courier-IMAP is used on a server.
This is Plesk bug with ID #PPPM-5070 , which was fixed in Plesk Onyx Update 8 .
For Plesk Onyx 17.0, install the latest Plesk micro-updates .
For Plesk 12.5 and earlier Plesk versions, consider upgrading to the latest Plesk version .
The following workarounds are also available:
1. Disable incoming mail verification in DKIM spam protection in Tools & Settings > Mail Server Settings > Verify incoming mail
2. Switch from Courier-IMAP to Dovecot in Tools & Settings > Mail Server Settings > install and use another IMAP/POP3 server > select Dovecot. Note: if any purchased SSL certificates were installed in Courier-IMAP, they should be moved to Dovecot:
# cp /etc/courier-imap/courier.pem /etc/dovecot/private/ssl-cert-and-key.pem
Otherwise, the default Plesk ones will be used.
