Email messages sent from
@example.comaccounts to GMail, Yahoo, Yandex or any other mailboxes recognised as SPAM. The following message can be found in email message header:
Received-SPF: neutral (google.com: 203.0.113.2 is neither permitted nor denied by best guess record for domain of email@example.com) client-ip=203.0.113.2;
There is no SPF record for
# nslookup -q=txt example.com
*** Can't find example.com: No answer
If check DNS records in Plesk > Domains > example.com >DNS Settings, SPF record exists.
It is not possible to get SPF record for the domain globally.
Make sure that it is possible to get SPF record for the domain globally. Contact DNS provider to make sure that SPF record is configured.
Additionally, consider implementing DKIM and DMARC protection.
