Contact FeedForAll support http://www.feedforall.com/support.htm to fix the issue.

As a workaround you can comment out or remove rss2html inserts from the website code, which looks like:

    <!--#include virtual="rss2html.php?TEMPLATE=http://example.com/news-centre-rsstemp.html&XMLFILE=http://forums.example.com/index.php?type=rss;action=.xml;c=8;sa=news;limit=1&MAXITEMS=1" -->
