Unable to start a migration via Plesk > Tools & Settings > Migration & Transfer Manager > 203.0.113.2 due to the following error:
PLESK_ERROR: Failed to connect to target Plesk server by Plesk API: Plesk error : Access to API is disabled for 203.0.113.2
The same issue occurs during the Site Import.
The API requests are allowed in the
enabled = on
The mentioned in the error message IP address is not present at the Plesk > Tools & Settings > Restrict Administrative Access page.
The Access to Plesk with administrator's privileges option is set to the Denied from the networks that are not listed at the Plesk > Tools & Settings > Restrict Administrative Access > Settings page.
IP address from the error message is restricted from login with administrator's privileges to Plesk on the destination server.
Allow the connections for the required IP address to Plesk on the destination server with administrator's privileges:
Log into Plesk on the destination server.
Go to Plesk > Tools & Settings > Restrict Administrative Access.
Click the Add Network button.
Specify the IP address mentioned in the error message and press the OK button to apply changes.
Go to Plesk > Tools & Settings > Migration & Transfer Manager and click the source server IP address in order to reinitiate the failed migration.
