WordPress instances are absent when language is set to Turkish

Symptoms

Unable to see WordPress instances in WordPress ToolKit using Turkish language after upgrading to Plesk Onyx.

Cause

This is software issue #EXTWPTOOLK-121

Workaround

Switch Plesk UI to English: Plesk > Profile & Preferences > Administrator's interface language > English (United States) .
