CentOS 7 firewall blocks connections to Plesk ports.
Make sure that Plesk ports 8443, 8447 are opened. Contact network administrator to configure a firewall.
If Plesk Firewall is installed, configure all the required ports in it.
In another way, connect to the server via SSH to allow these ports in a firewall, the following commands can be executed:
# firewall-cmd --permanent --add-port=8443/tcp
# firewall-cmd --permanent --add-port=8447/tcp
# firewall-cmd --reload
Alternatively, Plesk ports can be opened via
# iptables -I INPUT -p tcp -m multiport --dports 8443,8447 -j ACCEPT
